Paul has worked within start-ups, SMEs and multinational businesses in senior R&D and leadership roles, and has extensive experience in product development, hardware and software engineering, mechanical design, prototyping and validation. 

Paul’s 20+ year design and manufacturing background is key to assisting businesses with the challenges of product development and smart manufacturing, especially around Technology Strategy, Operational Improvements, Digitalisation, and Industry 4.0 adoption. Paul holds an Engineering Masters Degree, Engineering and Science degrees in Mechatronics and Software Development, and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
